    James 5 Horsham

Just got off the phone to James only to find out this morning he lost the 5 and rolled it 3 times on his journey to work he is fine and has no injuries but the car is absolutely ruined and he says it will defiantly be a write off. Hope to see you back in a 5 again soon mate

    Re: James 5 Horsham

Just spoken to James and he is a luck man, no roll cage, the car is destroyed at the front and back, rolled two or three times and he walked away from it with some bruises and hurt his finger, currently at Brighton A&E getting the once over and no doubt will be on here soon with full account of what happened.

Seen others not so lucky when they have rolled there car with no roll cage so good to hear and speak to James and find he is all in one piece no broken bones.

glad he is ok cars can be replaced, people can't!

on a lighter note he was probably getting bored of it anyway since the engine had been in for more than a couple of weeks ;-)

Ouch mate, sorry to hear that, like said aslong as your good that all that matters and we all know how much you enjoy making changes to your cars just need to start again on a new one and enjoy a drive for a few weeks then another engine changes, never dole with your life and a renault 5

Saying that is that engine cursed as the last owned who had that engine in a car also rolled it quite a few times

    Re: James 5 Horsham

Just spoken to him & he is a bit battered up (adrenaline wearing off I suppose) but is otherwise ok.

Car is alot worse off, sounds like front end gave way, clipped the grass, kerb & it may have dug in on one corner & gone end over end almost as he said alot of damage to front & rear.... which is prob why he's walking around
    Lucky boy in a 5 I reckon

I'll let him fill in the blanks once he gets on.

Glad to hear you are OK. Take it easy for a few days, was in something similar and apart from feeling I had been in a cement mixer, shock is an odd thing.

Ref my injurys I crawled out from the car upside down out of the passenger door as drivers door was crushed. Lucky seat belt was tight was a pain in the arse to get undone upside down and I had to force passenger door open as was stuck and misshapen. Went to a&e only suffered with whiplash type injurys a fr finger and bruising all over feeling really achy today.
