    1.8 16v 5th injector

would i be correct in saying the 1.8 has a 5th (cold start) injector?

would this add fuel for a very pikey low boost supercharger application if i was to rewire it?

Yes you would be correct it is is just a cold start injector and I believe it only works when temps are under -18deg's. I doubt it will give you what you will need for the extra fueling of a supercharger.

How much power you expecting to see out of the supercharger, as you will really need a remapped standard ECU (can be done bloke on clio valver forum does it in Oxford live maps them) and probably some 802 injectors .

From reading some of the clio valver and williams projects @ about 6-7psi you can see about 200bhp on standard compression but that is max boost you would want to run on standard compression if you dish the pistons to lower comp to say 8.0:1 or 8.5:1 you can run more boost safely. I would say you will defo need R21t injectors (802's) and prob R21t map sensor

not planning on running amazing boost, just something to make me smile when i drive it

yeah was gonna look for some bigger injectors, glad that ECU can be remapped as i didn't want to go standalone on a project with a budget of a few hundred quid
