Door handles/carbon doorpanels

Ok so iv purchased carbon door panels.. Just wonderd if anyone knows how to fit the door handles with them in.. I know theres a bolt hole if you turn the handle the other way, but it looks asif the back part of the handle as to be cut so
It can sit right, am i right? Anyone with pics??

If you are concerned enough about weight to fit carbon door cards you could save a bit more by doing away with the handle and rod and just fit a pull cord instead, I can't see how you could easily fit the standard handle

Can't you use the Clio door pulls? Or use a cord.
