The current owner was a member on here few years back.
Lives in Geurnsey, found the car in a field I think... its a genuine 8221 chassis.
Can you copy the picture over to here so we can all have a dribble Russ?

Wonder what the price was?
Renault 5 Maxi turbo, it is No182 of the 200 Homologation cars built by Renault to allow them to run in GpB.
It is in need of a full strip and restoration but it is complete. It is fitted with a Tour De Corse close ratio gearbox with LSD,coilover front suspension and various other period bits.
It comes with all the original paperwork etc etc.

i remember nearly buying that a fair few years ago
it was ROUGH! it was compelte, but needed alot of work! shame really as I think he knew what he had but didn't like it and didn't understand how bad it was :'(
lets hope its come this way rather than to france! (although... Lets hope JP hasn't got it as it will be another with a stupid price tag!)
id of give him 10 but think its a 15+ car
Shame, having sold my house i have enough cash lying around for it too... would be an awesome purchase.
