Not ours as such. The host company were reporting errors all day. It looks like it might not be over so the site may vanish again before the day is through.

Re: We had a bit of a FAIL today?

As Scoff said, Webfusion has a status report on their website support page yesterday saying they were having difficulties.

I see this morning that our website control panel either auto updated or they updated it. Maybe everyone on the server had an update which caused problems.

We can only guess as each time I phone their VPS support I just get their answer machine with no option to talk to anyone.

I did try quite a few times during the course of yesterday to get on here and post this message but it wouldn't do it.

It's being worked on .It will take weeks rather than days to do it all properly .
It a pain but we will just have to live with it until the new stuff is up and running .

Re: We had a bit of a FAIL today?

If you are able to access RTOC web pages and read this then I've been onto Webfusion just now and spoken to VPS support who found that even though everything shows as fully working access was never the less not possible and not even the node, under which there are many VPS, was accessible.

So the situation has been escalated direct to their most senior sys admin teams manager.

I said it's been 8 weeks since we moved to this VPS and we wanted our money back.
