My engines not purring !!!!!

Hi all. Im having problems with my engine tickover (Phase 1 Ren 11) its a little erratic and wants to stall then picks up again. When the engine is warm, its not as bad. Ive fitted new spark plugs, dizzy, rotor arm, leads and had the carb cleaned + new gasket repair kit. Im running out of things to try ....any suggestions anyone
