To get the paint good looking again you'll have to use an abrasive polish and a rotary buffer, wet sanding shouldn't be necessary. If you don't have any experience with machine polishing, it would be best to give the job to a professional detailer. Don't just trust anyone to do the job, its easy to do much damage...

    Re: Body paint tidy.

i mock detailing, but theres a time and a place for a fecking good going over and it sounds like yours is now..

you could spend a grand + on detailing gear but id just pay up to have someone else do it.. someone i know does it and has different specs of work, anything from a wash to 200 hours thats a glass like finish for sure

just someone to look at it and quote you for a correction then protection/wax etc, after thats done just maintain it well and you wont need it doing again for ages..

i'd be temted to have mothers 182 done, but parking dents and scuff just dont buff out when my 5's painted im going all out, its staying so clean even the cliosport boys will be put to shame..

Black Hole, as good a product as it is, isn't a polish - It's a pre-wax glaze. You polish before a glaze (if needed), and wax/seal afterwards

I still refuse to call it detailing. It's cleaning, FFS

You're as bad as me Bill... But I have 3 buckets

Like Bill said, Black Hole is a glaze. It's good for filling defects, but after a short while it'll look the same again.
I like Menzerna polishes and Chemical Guys Hexlogic pads. I used them on my Bora today and it came up a treat
