Surrey meet bank holiday Monday 2nd of may

Hi all moved this now from proposed thread to here as I will be willing to organise an all day and night event at the normal Surrey meet venue really need some names down now of who will be coming as I don't want to set the BBQ up for a small turn out if the weather is good will try and get some cracking pictures and if all goes well my car may even make it now

I know some have already added there names but let's just start again with a fresh list and let's make this a proper big meet and pack the car park with cars remember all family kids an friends are welcome. Start from around 12 pm lunchtime till late you may come and go as you please
Please remember if you want BBQ food you must bring your own

Sorry Phil, I am out of this as no fete so nothing to keep the kids entertained, 4 very youngs kids get bored and restless so easily and the little man will just want to be walking everywhere so won't be much fun for us or him.

Hi all I think this meet should be cancelled for the bank holiday Monday as there does not seem to be any interest I do understand if people have children and other commitments so if anyone can see any reason for me to continue with the b/holiday BBQ day please do let me know or put your name down who can actually make and if there is a good enough response I will continue with cheers Phil
