Alternator belt screeching

When I have a high load on the electrics.. mostly when I have the headlights on, I occasionally get screeches from the alternator belt. Mainly on downchange. All my wires are intact, and all well secured, and the belt is well tensioned.

Any suggestions on what could be causing it? Where is it earthed? Silly question perhaps, but does it use the same earth as the battery on the bulkhead? I may have to give that a clean up. Might try swapping the alternators too, as I think I have one somewhere.

More tension required on the belt or a new one mate, fit genuine renault belt too
