bought a side exit exhaust from this member about a month ago and it never arrived.
been trying to claim my money back through paypal but apparently he has no money in his account.
does anyone know of him at all that may aid me in getting my money back?

he may have randomly forgot or something or on holsplus he hasnt been on here since 09-10-2008 .

Top Notch guy in my opinion, done some work for me too, plus bought some bits n bobs. I was over at his bit a couple of weeks ago, and he's been having a bit of a time of it lately, a family member had died and he wasnt at his best. I will try and get up to see him over the next few days to find out whats been happening and let him know there are customers still wating.

What details do you have? When some dip **** tried to rip me off last year on the GTiR forum (before I realised he apparently made a career of it on the forums) I waited 3 months for a MAF. Luckily I had bank account details, texts, phone number, home address, emails.... And so on (I usually get everything I can, details wise, when buying something). I gave him 24 hours to refund my money or I was going to the police... At 10am the next day I got a grovelling phone call and a direct payment into my account of the full amount.
If he's taking the piss, go to the old bill, don't take **** excuses or wonder why you've got no reply to any messages/calls sent.

he had advertised alot of parts in the recent past, as in he has containers full of parts.??
hes has more than enough time to get the bits to you, he even aknowledged you in this thread too so feck knows whats going on?

Right i bought a rear bumper and bonnet off him a few months ago, still not recieved either.........
Went to claim the money back via paypal, but went over the 45 day dispute periode so could not claim through paypal, meaning i dont really have a leg to stand on. After looking back i kinda have got the impression that he new this and kept fobbing me off with excuss after excuss untill the 45 days were up and then havnt heard from him since.
If this is incorrect mike then you are welcome to get intouch and let me know when my items are likely to arrive. Lets just say im not holding out much hope......
My advice with the exhaust is claim through paypal before its to late.

he bought a turbo timer off me the other day on ebay, took him 2 weeks to pay for it as he said he has limited use of a computer due to internet issues.

His land line is stating "this number does not receive incoming calls"
Does anyone have a know working contact number for him?

He has no intention of sorting this out, to little money to get the police involved they will just advise going through small claims court.
Ive emailed ebay notifying them of his new account and what hes been doing. See what they will do about it.
I did have his number and rang him a few times months ago about buying an r5 but he kept saying it will be ready in 2weeks then i found an r5 and didnt ring back.Sorry ive deleted the message with his number on.He did sound a genuine guy on the phone and said he had a lot of sprares and was a respected member of this site.
Even if he is having internet problems he should have used another computer to sort it out.Hopefully it isnt something to do with his health/someone elses.If it does turn out he has been messing members around im sure someone will be able to find out where he lives and claim their moneys worth in bits.

I know a guy with a r5 down by me and mike tried to get in contact with him when he scrapped his car to obtain the v5 and vin numbers.
So if anyone has bought cars of him i would be very suspicious that you haven't got a "illegal" car.
