    FPR

Does it matter what FPR I use on my F7P turbo ?
I didn't have one on the F7P except an FSE & didn't fancy using that.
Today I picked up a FPR off a volvo 850 T-5 which is a 3 bar reg & fits in my rail, would this be ok to use @ 1 bar boost ?

I don't see why not, just connect the ref pipe to the plenum. That's assuming that it was mapped at 3 bar fuel pressure, or is yet to be mapped.

It's got a fast chips generic map at the moment so I assume so.... well it will have once I've plumbed it all in & tested it

They aren't exactly known to be the best, plus it was off an N/A lump.

the standard f7p reg is 4.0 bar IIRC
i would recommend a rising rate fse reg on a 1:1 ratio
