Just in case I get bored with JIL and restoring another Atmo GTA for one of the RAOC lads......Needing to keep busy I have started this conversion .
Grey Atmo that needs paint and headlight glasses but otherwise sound .
3 litre evenfire to drop in .Remove balance gear and Hyd rockers ,fit new cams , solid rocker gear and swap bottom plate over to GTA .ECU ,bit of wiring for that and fuel pump ..
Should be a quick little car when done :twisted:

Luckily they aren't all mine or I'd be living in one
Engine done for this .Original plenum will fit I think after some careful measuring by ClaudeThrottle spindle should clear the bulkhead and a good bendy pipe find takes it out back to the rear spoiler where the std carb intake is .
Serendipity strikes with an ali plug ready made for the jobLeftover froma change of plan on JIL .
So waterworks plugged and chopped short,need to get a 90 degree silicon to take the water over to the rhs to mate up with the matrix pipework .
Unforseen issues also meant that the balance gear caps have to come off so i've swapped them out for std GTA and also means std covers all round now .
