YOu know what I think I still have one laying around, I bought a phase 1 11T as a donor car about 10 years ago for my silver phase 1 beasty, and I kept the trip computer, im sure it had the MPG, miles left in tank etc. I used it as a guide when my Petrol Gauge stopped working.

Never understood why they didnt keep it on the phase 2 models, but anyway im away from home until Sunday evening, on Monday ill have a look for it and you can have it once I find it.

Paul Im really sorry mate, I cant find it, the only one I found was an old phase 2 clock, but I remember the screen being bigger on the trip computer, im still convinced ive got it tho as I havent thrown any old 11T bits away. A few months ago I had a sort out and found it sitting in a drawer, but I moved it, and I just cant think where I put it. Not giving up tho.

Well Andy, given the right context, that does indeed sound like the definition of iteration. See you in a while then.

RTOC would be a boring place if you didn't Andy. It doesn't always have to have a point to be worthwhile.

    missed this thread...............
no joy at renault for a cumputer....

    fairly universal though.....

you may find the same unit is in a 5 monaco, txe models.....also 9/11 shared the same units along with some renault 19's, 21,25's...........

if you know of anyone breaking one of these in a high spec model....give it a try

    Re: Trip Computer

Its is made by SAGEM with a green LCD display, left/right button on the left, 2 small button in the centre and a 0.- button on the right. P/N 7780 150 412. I might have a working one in my hand at this very moment!! Looks like the 5 GT Turbo digital clock with a bigger display.
