    Hi Darren,

    F4r conversion is pretty easy to do matey, you might want to check this out as another idea and keep yopu r11 as turbo

    hello mate,

    as you can see in my project thread there are lots of cutting involved if you want to fit the f4rt engine with the ND0 gearbox.

    I have now finished all the cutting (hopefully ) and the engine is now fitted to the car. Another problem I now need to tackle is; there's no room whatsover for a steering rack

    so I'd suggest to use a jc series gearbox as Matt has done;

    when you say easy, how much is involved in mounting the engine and box does it mount on the o.e subframe with the box mount on the chassis leg, after looking at this project thread i do like the idea of F4RT but looks like a hell of a lot of work

    What would be the down/up sides to fitting F4R and doing a turbo conversion on it, would this be easier to mount in he bay with jc box rather than F4RT with NDO

    clio172/182 block with megane 225 internals and cylinder head paired with a clio 172/182 gearbox would be the easiest conversion imo.
