i cant for the life of me find the technical guide. theres a cam locking kit that goes on the pullies that hold them solid so you can undo them, youll bend the u shaped one if you try without

Its easy to do on my 5 but I did the wifes 182 in the car and it was a right tw@t. Not a hard job just fiddly and tight... You end up jacking it up and down god knows how many times. It made a big difference having all the proper locking tools and a skivy to go for the tea and biscuits.

Remember if you have a new dephaser, make sure you pull it into position so it locks. If you dont do this, it wont time the belt correctly.

bolt the new dephaser on, just nip the bolt. Then grap the pulley and turn the pully with your hand clockwise.Usually feel it click/lock.

Heres a few more manuals that might help you

    https://www.rtoc.org/files/?path=Tech...vice%20Manual/

I wouldn't attempt one without the correct tools but I'm mega anal about stuff like that, if you read on Cliosport you'll find countless tales of incorrectly timed and under powered clios.
