It doesn't show flow rates so can't tell if it'll supply enough or not.

    Re: fuel pump

Ive been looking at the cheap pumps on ebay too, the thing that bothers me is will they be as reliable as a bosch or similar good brand? Also are the specs complete lies and cheap components?

Genuine 044 aint all that much these days, is it really worth saving a few ££

Also will a 044 (or similar big boy pump) fit in the original location?

044 pump will fit the OE location fine obviously the OE "c" bracket is no good so a couple of large cable ties will be required to secure it in place. The inlet an outlets on the 044 are bigger than the original GTT pump so you eithe nee reducer adaptos or change the fuel pipe line diamater to match.

    Re: fuel pump

bosch is obviously going to be the better pump and you know its going to last. Im defo not going to need the fueling this pump can produce its more the reliability factor im concerned with. Wouldnt be to hard to get it to connect up with the standard fuel lines, couple of banjo bolts etc... it just seems like a lot to spend on a pump when you can get pumps for half the price that say they will fuel the same, but you would most need 2-3 cheapy pumps to a bosch pump. Think im going to bite the bullet and get a genuine bosch pump but are there any like the 044 but without the price tag? like the sierra cosworth etc...?
