    my tungy

    New poster! (less than 10 posts)

    some pics of when i bought it...was pretty much standard apart from cone filter, exhaust, and T2/25 but was stripped out and has a full roll cage




    since i have owned her i had stockpiled a few bits so at the end of this summer went about getting them fitted and get the engine cleaned up
    piper 285, uprated springs, vernier pulley
    L&B Flywheel
    uprated clutch
    FMIC
    Tubular manifold
    rebuilt carb
    Alloy carb top
    green stuff pads
    Front disks
    B&M short shifter
    gearbox (previous 2 were fooked!)

    No major plans really, Reasonably happy with the engine spec, so next is the interior, its a little tatty inside - door cards etc have seen much better days. And to get your sound system fitted
    MOT is up tomorrow, but luckily the 5 will be tucked away in the garage till the snow is gone, I have it booked in for the 17th Jan to get looked at, and have a new inlet manifold and some samco's fitted.

    Looking good , though the front end is crying out for a stock phase 2 grille

    Although the wheels on it at the moment aren't too bad!
