    Heres one for ya!!

i want to put my fse on my b18 soon but i have an issue with one of the connections that i dont like the look of, its the main union on the fuel rail, the bit that the fuel feed hose goes on that you jubilee is only about half an inch long and i reackon if i increase the pressure theres a chance the fuel line can come off it, sorry i havent got any pics to point it out better but the b18 gurus will know what i mean, basically been looking through demon tweeks today and they sell aftermarket connections and wondered which one would fit, ive put a link below to the sort of thing on ebay, now does anyone know the thread type of the fuel rail?? Thanks

hmmm yes i have had a look at them and the problem is finding one that will fit, dont want them stupid clip things, dont trust them, lol, im thinking now what about the style vauxhall use on their redtop/ectotec engines,(one size for feed and another size for return)so one has got to fit, fingers crossed theyre the same thread and i can get some from scrappy as id join them with some metal fuel line and jclips. link below to show what i mean.

Im using a rising rate regulator and have it set at 3.5 bar at idle and run 18psi boost so i dont want to think about what pressure its at at full chat but ive had no probs with pipes coming of the unions etc. Do you me the feed to the rail or the rail to the regulator as that may be different to mine but the o/e feed to the rail is fine matey

The feed to the rail mate as the union that you put the pipe on doesnt have much meat on to sleeve the pipe on, to be honest its only about half inch into the pipe?? Just doesnt seem enough to me as the last thing i want is the fuel line to come off on a glowing turbo, lol think im going to try the pipes off a vauxhall.
