    no! thats for the accelerator pump jet. A hose off of the carb lobster(plastic) should go to this.

    I don't have mine connected on my carb but it shouldn't be blocked up like that, just pull it off or as you say connect it back up to the twin T-piece that comes off carb top

    Pull the pipe off and forget about it, mine is disconnected & unblocked.

    cant remember who but someone on here that knows 5's very well & i think raced it,had there's like that!

    so i would'nt worry about it

    never had this pipe fitted in 6 years and manage ok till now

    this just backs up the accellerater pump diafragm with boost pressure so it doesnt balloon too much
