Fuel pipe

I bought a malpassi adj fuel reg but the pipes on it are larger than the standard reg, can I use adapters to take it from 6mm to 8mm without any probs ?
I take it the standard fuel lines are 6mm id ? (not measured them yet just guessing )

I am sure the adaptors will be fine matey.

The hose going into the fpr is 8mm and so is the return to tank, the hose going to the carb is 6mm though.

Cheers, will have to measure up the new FPR then as it must be 10mm, looks bigger than the original.. & then get the adapters ordered, may as well fit it while the lump is out.
