    Max Width tyre R9 ?

    From what i have gathered so far, the R9 , especially on the rear, is not easy to install wide tyres on?

    I'm sure i read a post from Shackal along the lines of this topic. Can't find it now.

    185/55/15 s still rub on mine .
    no probs with 185/60/14s though ,might go back to that myself

    If your keeping standard 14" rims you can get toyo r888's that fit

    The 195/50 R15 tyres with 6,5" width wheel is barely fit

    pah, currently on 205 55 16 upgrading to 225 45 17 soon

    I have a feeling it is the rear that is the main problem regarding scrubbing ?

    Schakal, i wonder if its just the rear that scrubs on yours though? Isn't yours lowered?
