It's all getting a bit familiar this
This time the data center that contains our website vanished. Various attempts made to correct the problem but even our hosting company could not connect to any part of our server.
Connectivity to the server came back just now, but database did not work, rebooting sorted that.
I'll ring the hosting company again today for an explanation. Maybe the move to the new server should go ahead sooner rarther than later
