Standard 5 GT Turbo Fuel ?

I have a standard 5 GT Turbo and was wonderring what fuel others use ? Obviously the cars were made at around the time unleaded appeared in the UK but as far as I know the old engine was designed to run on Leaded ?

Does anyone use LRP or an additive or is there no reason to worry when using super unleaded?

    Steven

(hope that this hasn't been asked before)

Raggin it everywhere with uprated boost = Super unleaded

Normal driving & motorways - Unleaded or Super Unleaded depending upon pocket depth

LRP - Never! buggers the valves up If i remember correctly??

Is it true that only cast iron heads (minis for example) will suffer from seat recession
with unleaded (exhaust side) ? I guess you are saying that that the 5 GTT with a cast iron block and aluminium alloy head should be OK ?
