    aaarghhh, stupid wheel

just took my r5 out for its first joyride spin up the lane where i live to impress a mate all was going well, the thing flies with bushy spec turbo, but turned around at the end slowly and the front pass wheel fell off, god knows how must not have tightend it up properly, we was lucky but its smashed my front wheel arch, i was thinking of buying an arch but just had a full repray and want the car mint, how easy are the front wings to get off?? so could take a wing and arch to bodyshop get painted then refit it, as it has no mot?? appreciate any help thanks
