SKY problem

just had sky installed on saturday but my broadband which is with
talk talk dont seem to be working now

any ideas how i can fix this ?

switch it off, boil the kettle, then switch it back on. works with nearly everything!

if you are on about the modem thingy ,i have allready done that
but the adsl and one other led is still flashing where they should be
solid

when i had my sky installed

the guy put the sky line before the adsl filter

that took a bit of finding and a mouthful to him as he refused to let me put it back even tho the adsl wasn't working

so i got rid of him and swapped it back and moaned to sky! 1 month free! BINGO

shame he also put the staple gun through the phoneline he'd installed

think my guy was a muppet

Nope, they did that with our phone line and our internet connection was terrible, it didn't actually work 90% of the time.

works every time i do it at work before i start using testers
so does that guy on the navy advert
