    doors pins

    anyone got a hjandy tip as to how the fook i get door pins out i'm smashing them upwards and have soaked them even taken the weight of the door on a jack and no joy?

    Door pin removal tool. It's a tool for removing door pins don't you know, available from all good places that sell 'em

    what holds the actual door hing on to the car is it just weld? could i smash the whole door and hing off the car some how i dont give a toss there sold and he brought the doors so he can have some scrap metal added on to

    i used a 7mm (grinded down 8mm) punch, a long peice of 2x2 and a persuader, then when it was started a long peice of 6mm rod. the top ones smash down, the bottom ones smash up.

    If he's taking the doors away and you aren't bothered then grind the hinges off. When the doors are off the car you or he will be able to get to the roll pins a lot easier.
