G reg black, tinted windows on A40 near Northolt exit

I was walking today from the Ruislip exit, joining the A40 when a G reg black GT Turbo past, near the Northolt exit towards London at about 12:30pm?
All i could see was that it was on a G plate, tinted rear window and maybe some sort of yellow filler spray on the front bumper? (couldnt see much-you were in the fast lane!) and was LOW!

Might have seen this down Ace Cafe on an 'Old-Skool Ford night'

Possibly a woman driver?
