    Engine options

    Hi everyone,

    Im going to try my hand at some autograss racing with my 5 TL ( dont worry, not my gtt haha)

    and im not aloowed a turbo i dont think, which is the best option of an engine that i can drop in..thats non turbo... just want some more power as im a big lad and i dnt think the 1.1 would cope.lmao

    clio 172.. would seem quite a popular choice and bolts to a GTT gearbox which would keep the costs down.. other than that a 1.7gtx maybe? it all depends on your budget..

    On autograss there is 10 groups which you can choose from. Best thing is to look at what group you want to race against. most people fit the red tops in their cars. Person at my work has one of the caged versions, think in group 7, as its non turbo'd and has a red top.

    i think class 6 seems the most fun, but i just wanted to see was out there to put in without 2 much greef
