    new Gt project

Well been looking for a while spotted a red R5 Gt turbo non runner so a snapped it up, suspect its a fuelling issue,it is taxed and tested but doesnt run..drivers door is ****ed and wont shut so is tied shut with rope, interior is sound pretty clean for a n r5
so today i replaced 2 tyres on the megane alloys as it had 2 odd front wheels on, bought new fuel filter, oil filter, spark plugs, ignition leads, distributor cap and rotor arm, also bought a kenwood mp3 player.Has a few fancy things under the bonnet, uprated turbo with a huge actuator, chrome rocker cover, chrome fan bracket, alloy carb top, alloy oil degreasing chamber, blue samco hoses, dump valve, scorpion s/s exhaust,
today big mechanic picked it up to try get it running
Plenty more to come on this once i get it running..its got good potential

how i got it...iam happy with it good base car imo

    Re: new Gt project

managed to get a little bit done this weekend, put new plugs, dizzy cap, rotor arm and lumenition leads on, got my leather trim fitted
changed oil and filter, also secured fuel pump up and changed fuel filter, changed some hoses under the bonnet to samco ones, changed std intercooler for an alloy pace one, still not sure whether fuel pump regulator is goosed so im not staring it until i get it looked at, also fitted my kenwood cd player and sorted 6x9s out which will be going once i get a std uncut shelf
its starting to take shape a little bit now
