does anyone have a clue what they are? i need to order a new set of covers if poss and new plastic trims

They may well be Sparco Pros as Sparco have updated most of their range in the last 18 months and most of the changes were minor cosmetic stuff like shape of the harness holes.

When did you get them? Find someone with an equivalent year Demon Tweeks catalogue?

Isn't it FIA approved seats with dates? Wouldn't they be on the side of the seat. I think on a pair of mine they were at the side IIRC

The seat date is usualy the manufacturing date, it should explicitly state what date this is on the sticker. Either way they are out of date as 5 years is up. Some clubman events are fine to use these on, however they will not let you logbook your car with them for most applications.

they came from my brothers old corsa, at a guess i'd say they are a minimum of 6 years old, they are pretty faded hence needing new covers and trims

Had a quick lookin a couple of old demon tweeks books. have a serch under the sparco rev / evo both seats are very simalar but you might be able to work it out off the seat measurments and the weight of the seat. the table was in the 2006 book

    Re: any seat experts?

Im No expert but i have a pair of Sparco seats too! They also need re-triming and as far as i have found out, you Cannot buy new covers for seats from any seat manufacture. The reason being, bucket seats are for race use not for road/everyday use, So the covers should last just as long as the car! The best thing i have found is if you reing sparco, in the UK they will sell you the cloth, then you'll have to find a good re-trimmers to make the covers again!

    Hope this helps...... Jib
