You could take a print screen of the invoice then just paste it into paint although that would give the entire desktop etc as well.

Is the invoice just for your own records?

Perhaps highlight the entire invoice copy/paste into a word document see how that works out?

Use print screen button and paste in a paint programme. Or there is software online which can save the page as an image, or save the page in internet explorer which im guessing the invoice is in.

    Actually belay my last.

Goto print then select microsoft XPS document writer for you printer and print then it will ask to save as a .xps file. This saves an image of what the printout will look like so you can just print it at a later date.
