    Clio Wreck Saved. My Project.

So there she is. looking sorry for herself. Non runner. I believe an altenator and battery should spring her back into life. Fingers crossed.

I know zero about the volvo engine so if anyone has the volvo haynes for sale let me know.

1st thing i need to source is an intercooler. Possible som fresh brake calipers and brake hoses.

Yea the clio was on the raod till some crim broke into it. I think that crim broke the owners heart and she lay un touched since then. I think our Very own HAZ wired this baby up.

Ive bought this off a mate whos had it in a shed.

No idea about rear beam dude.

No idea mate. Theres a big GAY red wire for some amp that must have been in it.

I think all the stereo gear got nicked and thats why the car is how it is. Like I said i think it broke the guys heart aswell as the window and door.

Yeah I agree the hard work is already done. Still to get the car sorted is a feat for me still. I held a caliper and carrier in my hands for the 1st time ever today. decided to go with re con calipers from biggred.com and use Ben from hose solutions for brake line hoses.

Makes sense. Yes its all money but brakes are very important.

16V calipers and carrier option? Being a 1.4 does it have drums at the rear? Absolutely no need to change to discs, brand new shoes on the rear with a 259mm 16V front setup along with braided hoses and NEW schmoo brake fluid will do the job :ho:

Doh! just read thread it has RSI beam which i imagine has the 238mm solid discs

Bloody ell this touchscreen NHS keyboard is a right mare, still the net is free
