    Look at this pic, https://www.rtoc.org/boards/album.php...pictureid=6108

you should have another jubilee clip just in from the end of the top rad hose, secures the thermostat inside the hose. You might have a stat in there but without a jubilee clip they have a habit of getting pushed further down the top rad hose and getting stuck !

Youl be able to feel if theres a stat in there or not

easiest way for you would be to fit the oe air box back in , or if your feeling up to the task relocate the water bottle up behind the firewal/scuttle then use the space behind the headlight

You can also fit your Gt tuning filter back into the oe air box as it's supposed to fit. Or you could move your header tank behind the drivers side headlight, if you chop a few hoses.

cheers pal i hear that they give a bit better spool up which will be great when i add my bigger turbo as it will take the lag down a tad,

is it worth fitting this whilst i have my standard t2 on or is it a bit pointless on that turbo ?

It will make a difference actually even on the smaller t2 but if you doing it soon, putting the other turbo on that is...id wait..

Looks super sweet matey!! Nice one!

It does look as though it's in some sort of dream scene of a movie due to the cloudy pictures!!

My only comment would be to peel off the Renault Diamond stickers on the wheels, check out BRIGSY's profile & the pics of his Tungy with his Turbine's for an idea??

took advantage of the decent day we had yesterday to give the car a good going over and mini valet inside plus pumped all the tyres up as they had lost quite a bit of pressure whilst standing, but on a sad note iv discovered it has hgf whats got to me the worst is that there are receipts for the head gasket and bolts from september last year so it must of been done on the cheap.

heres a few new pics with a pic of the filler cap

It may have been done correctly after that last head gasket failed.

There are plenty of reasons why the head gasket can fail.

It could be running sightly lean at the top end. when your fueling was set up was it on a rolling road or a real road?
