    Heater Fan

New poster! (less than 10 posts)

    Hello,

I have finally got cheesed off with the broken heater fan. I took the fan out and connected to a 12v battery and it did not work. Does anybody know what the part number and rough price would be for a new one? I have searched around the site and cannot find another post on the subject.

    Any advice greatly appreciated.

    Cheers

Why limit the options? There's plenty of other Supercinq Renault 5's out there. Not just Campus' and gtt's

if it squeaks then add a drop or two of oil to it,as far as it being to cold, well i had that problem, turned out the cable for the hot/cold had snapped of the arm,you can get to it by taking out the centre console.

then remove lower fusebox cowling, and you will just be able to get up in there an see if its snapped off,or just come off.

    Re: Heater Fan

My old one used to squeak like mad so kept on spraying grease down there to shut it up,

The grease must have shorted something inside the heater box and my only option was to change it

So if you do oil/grease it, take it out and do it properly
