Very good, looks sensible to me. What turbo is that, and what sort of boost ?

Scoff - it's hybrid of the TD04 but I am waiting for an answer as to the full spec.

He said it's making max power at 1 bar, but the way it was said suggests it was higher earlier in the rev range and settles out to be a steady 1 bar.

I'm not sure i'd want to run that all day on track though..........pistons??

    Fairly efficient intercooler in situ...

Turbo has a TD04HL shaft with the hotside machined to suit. 16G comp wheel machined to fit and at the moment a stock actuator. The turbo is good to run 1.7 bar.

    Forge intercooler.

I presume thats with the bigger injectors too? The torque band has spread a little from his previous stages. Im not sure why the boost dies off? For me i think its a combination of actuator and too small a turbo. Streetfighter he needs to let you know what the boost is set to and not what it drops off to. Nice to know that power is achievable with not too much effort!

Oh yeah bigger injectors of course, think that goes without saying as does the boost level query but I asked about the boost and that was the info I got back, I have asked him to clarify but i'm still waiting

It seem they all like to spike the boost. Most of that will be the actuator I'm sure.

I'd think it'd be nicer to drive if the torque was held flat at 260lb, which is probably about 1 bar.

I'd like them to be flatter too a la standard C1J style.
280hp + 280lbft would be nice, allied with factory reliability levels so I can be safe on track even in Europe and not give it a second thought............

    Traction anyone????

Would be quicker and certainly a lot nicer to drive if they ironed out that spike.
