on mine one wire comes from the rad fan the other goes to the alternator , probaly been messed with over the years though , but it works, not sure on the colours

Have a look at that.
I'm not certain on the colour of the wires from memory tho
I seem to recall plenty of orange and yellow wires and a vague notion that there might be something in one of the articles. Have you had a look there?
That may have been a photo of the alternator wiring though.

I wouldnt worry J, this one has already been on fire after my little oil problem, glad its back to being a daily driver again though. God knows what happen to that previous oil cooler !long as your sure innit,dont want to go up in smoke like cheech an chong...
