Didn't see a silver R5GTT hit the barrier I saw a Tungy Grey hit the barrier and cause damage to the drivers side of the car and he is in need of a rear quarter I think his name is Paul and he is based in the Bromley area

Thats alright, really its thank you to Steve for allowing me to drive the VAG clio. Im sure that car is capable of so much more but I never like pushing a car which I dont own, unless its a courtesy car I prefer taking people out on track, at least the people who dont drive their own car can at least get a chance to see what its like out on track. Possible get the bug to sorting one out. But in my case trying harder to get my 5 on track again soon

no problem i spoke to him after , and took a look at the damage and it appeared apparent a new rear 1/4 would be needed. Sorry my mistake, tungy r5.

Dave has step by step pictures of the crash - looks like he was lucky to not dig in and flip in one the pictures - about 15pics of the 1st spin to boucing off the barrier.

Glad he was ok that i the main thing

The member who hit the barrier was called Chops hes located in the Biggin Hill area. I was talking to him on the Sunday and he was explaining the tyre let it self go at 85mph.
Glad hes okay though. He said he only had that side sprayed a week.
