Emma & Chris's car in this months Practical Performace Car!!
My latest issue of PPC just fell through the letter box!!
And what a great article and really worth a read.. I never knew it ran on LPG quite interesting!! where do you get a LPG tank from and how much fuel can you carry? is it the same weight as petrol?..I was wondering I read that you used a higher compression engine, does that mean that I could turbo my 172 engine without dropping the compression if I was to run LPG?
well done for creating such a great car it looks good too - I've always had a soft spot for twin headlights

i always thought you dont need to lower the compretion anyway to turbo a car, unless mabie its on the limit anyway, providing everything is set up properly, and everything runs consistant, and lowering the compression simply alows more room for error?

on a pump fuel car if you don't lower the c/r from its normally aspirated level then you limit the ammount of power you're going to make, it won't be optimal.
