anything that clogs up the site doesn't come onto the site, sig's, moving stuff, music in threads and profiles, tiny tim etc.. makes it easy to view the site on mobile phones so

I had no probs uploading mine, it's just a gif.
Are you uploading it by using a URL, i.e. the URL to the one you have in your 'random' folder? I bet that's your problem if that's the case. Try uploading that image from your computer instead.

if ever they are resized (as the website does automatically somtimes) then the animation is lost. make sure you have a moving image on your PC to begin with, and that it is not larger than the permitted size.
