My macbook had a bit of a moment a while back, one of the outstanding problems is that I can't sort is itunes.
I can't get itunes to open at all. I've removed it completely and downloaded itunes9 for mac osx and my macbook meets the correct spec but.......
Once installed, if I click on itunes icon in applications, it starts to open, the icon appears in the tool bar and bounces as if opening, but then doesn't get any further
Can't make any progress, doing my head inand can't add any tunes to my ipod as it generates a usb error message on my kids laptop
Any suggestions?
