If you speak to "donna" at pod mate, and give her the names of members and lost tickets, she can arrange for them to be in individual envelopes and put on the (advanced booking desk) in the white hut as you enter pod. I know this as ive had the same problem.

6p short + a £1 handling fee and I've got to go Ilkeston to collect it .....Now I wonder what it could be ...............I'm off now to see ......

If I send it for 35p, it goes in a post box, gets sent across the country, a man STILL has to come to my door to DELIVER the 'sender didnt pay full postage card', I then have to go in PERSON to pick up said letter, and pay £1 for the privaledge.
Who thought up this hair brained scheme?
ooh, and not forgetting someone has to write on this card, then stick a printed label on the letter, and write on that.....

Its only a brown A5 envolope, 1 ticket and 1 stand pass, i stuck a first class stamp on it, how much do the robbing ******* royal mail charge to send a letter 35 miles!!
Ive had 3 not turn up 3 that did. The 3 that did have travelled further than the 3 than haven't arrived so feck knows whats happened.
Anyway moving on, Pod are willing to replace the stand passes, ill collect those from Pod when i get there on sunday. As for the tickets, because i sent them out they won't replace those, so i need to buy another 3 on the day out of my own pocket. If/when the ones ive posted out turn up at a later date, can you send them back to me so i can send them back to pod and get my money back please, Ta.

Sorry i didnt come and say hi folks, i coudlnt find the rtoc stand untill i was leaving. My car was parked right next to the grandstand (drag start line) so i speant most the day next to that watching the racing.
