We don't know.
RTOC has had a new membership secretary, Romil Davda, who sent a lot out in batches to clear those waiting.
Perhaps you could send him a Facebook message to bring to his attention that you've not had yours?

Have really enjoyed using the site, and everyone I have spoken to on here seems really helpfull, it is a bit of a shame tho that communication and details regarding the packs isn't a bit better, especially as the pack is used as a selling point for the 15 pound membership charge.
If it takes months before the packs are sent out then that is no big deal as far as I am concerned, but would be helpful for new members to be given a timescale as it is hard to see how posting out a small pack should take so long, so unless you hear otherwise you do wonder if you have been forgotten about or some sort of error been made.

I joined back in May last year I think and am still waiting for mine. But I know theres been a few problems and a change over in staff so hopefully it will arrive shortly!
Yeah it's not a massive issue, and I am very impatient. Lol.
Love the boards and am really pleased I signed up, just think keeping people updated a bit more about when they might expect their packs would be a good way of improving the club, and especially the perception of the club to new members. I understand a lot of hard work goes on behind the scenes and that problems come up-that's life.

There must be some sort of system to sending the packs out?
How about a list of members who have packs outstanding and a date for when the packs are to be sent out next to their name or something? All seems a bit disorganized at the moment?
We now have no membership secretary to send packs out - Romil is no longer doing this role. I'm speaking to a member on Sunday about taking over the role. Hopefully we can get this sorted soon. Sorry about the way this has become so disjointed over the past 12 months or so.

Dont want to be overly critical, but this area of the club's organization seems a bit of a shambles. I have plenty of spare time and have offered to help in any way with getting the backlog of new members packs cleared. The offer is still there.
I've spoken to Majid and he is waiting for Romil to send him the packs. He is also going to his local printers to have some more clings and keyrings etc produced. Unfortunately this will lead to another delay.....
I offered help too and nothing was said. One of my friends owns a printers too.....

Update for those waiting for membership letters/packs.
Ive found a key ring, membership card. New member letter. Rtoc window cling and a rtoc tax disc. Im going over to the printers tommorow at 3pm to get a quote on the things he can do for us.
