aside julians car , this has to be my fav standard 5 on the boards... if i had this in a garage, you couldnt keep me out of it....."gert lush" as we doen ere`....

Well I started the engine bay some of the brackets around the carb where
looking a bit tied so I had them Re-Zinc coated.
Here's some of the products I used.
Weather was good today so I thought I would run the car to let the fan kick in a few times.
And of course to take some pics!!!
just read through this whole thread. Wow. Very impressive work, and hats off for it looking so good, especially being a black car, worst paint to keep mint - but when it does its worth it like yours shows.
