I was happy to pay 110 for the decals for my red 5, as they were not available new, other than the crappy light versions which are not the right ones. Good job
Pay for what you get at the end of the day
Guys, are these still available?
I'm needing a new driver's side door and that could come in any colour other than tungsten, so a set will be useful.
Regards,
Steve

Cheers Hammer, its always good to get a positive response mate.
Get some pics up! You keeping your Beasty now then?
Have you spoken to Mike?
Cheers,
I've pointed him toward my resto thread in my email, so we'll no doubt be talking
turkey at some point! It'll be much easier if I can deal with one source for most of the
bits I will need. Thanks for your help
Regards,
Steve
Back now. Been away on a school trip to Snowdonia. Barbara has tried to answer messages where possible. I will make my way through my inbox and pms.
Thanks Mike
You still trying to complete year 11 Mike.
New poster! (less than 10 posts)
I was just reading this thread from the beginning and I cannot believe how 'precious' some people are. Unbelievable.
Are there any decals left or to order ?
fantastic, time consuming job. well done!
Thanks mate- everybody who has bought a set has been more than happy.
To people with their arse in their hand about these being offered to the club shop- They were offered back in the Summer & the club politely turned down the offer as the club had spent available funds on the national day.
So, We approached Mike @ gt turbo spares, who agreed to front up the money for the grey and red car decals, Mike is the reason the decals for the red car were produced, if it wasn't for him none would have been made.
People's points of view are always listened to of course, but there are ways and means of going about doing this (a private message to myself, Scott or Mike would have been more prudent) I took the negative comments personally because Scott and I spent 50+ hours & numerous car journeys after working hours to getting these decals developed. I don't mind critique, but to be honest, if we knew the sh*t that came With doing these decals we wouldn't even entertain doing it for the masses again.
We donated 20 gearknob stickers to the club shop to help raise funds for it too.
On a tungy:
On a glacier: (hope you don't mind hammer)

Don't mind at all mate, your graphics were of an amazing quality and look the business. If you can still get some from Mike Va Va Voom, then snap them up. They are a bargain at half the price of OE ones.
Such a shame that people complained about the production of these, because it really was a great deal for RTOC members and a deal that so many more people could have benefited from.
I would also like to say that if the lads hadn't done this for the members, I still wouldn't have graphics on my car. So I really am grateful.
Anyone know what the tungy decals would look like on a black 5?
