Can I ask why people find it nesessary to comment on people's prices and items if they are not interested in buying them?

If you can get them cheaper then by all means go and get tem but there's no need to hijack the thread with prices and quotes from others?

If that's the case then I'll start commenting on everybody's for sale items sayin I can get them for cheaper elsewhere!

If you don't want a fellow club member to stop you getting mugged off by another club member, feel free to sell them for £30.

1. We ALL look after each other here on RTOC. If someone if going to get ripped off, be it the buyer or seller, people will shout or make comments.

2. As per above comment. No one wants anyone to get ripped off on RTOC.

Honestly if somebody offers £150+ I would accept it.

There not that hardto get, just some Renault dealerships can be arsed to search on te system for them... And most Renault dealerships sell them for £175-225 (some add vat Aswell), so realistically £150 is a good price all round.

Or just hold into them until there unavailable and ask for £350+ haha...

Please don't get me wrong. I'm simply offering advice.

I personally wouldn't want to pay £50 for a boost gauge that's reading minus 2.2 when not even plumbed in. I would seriously doubt it's accuracy.

While I'm at it though, is the far a full kit? If so how much is postage?

The AFR is a full kit with Lambda sensor, control unit, and gauge and is a GlowShift model, they are retailing at about $185...

Mithered me to death to pay up by a certain date before his wedding with the agreement of putting it on a pallet so I could arrange a courier as he didn't want the hassle. Paid on said day, in full then he went on his honeymoon with no response for 2 weeks. I ended up having to travel to dudley to collect it from the guy he bought the 5 and engine from as it was still there! Only after the threat of bad feedback on here about how dissappointed I was, did I get a snotty response. So for those interested in items, avoid this seller. He's not a 5 enthusiast and only out to make some cash, and once he has it you'll be waiting a while to get it, even his eBay account has similar feedback. Only buy as cash on collection!

Right, in response to this bull**** that Haz has written about me, I can't believe that he is bad mouthing me in public, I left the engine at my mates who I bought the 5 from to be collected from him while I was away on honeymoon.

I did speak to my mate while I was away on honeymoon and he said he was sorting it out with Haz while I was away! This is ridiculous and to be called a cock by you too Penfold is wrong.

It was a misunderstanding between me and my mate which caused the delay with the engine, no me being ignorant or snotty at all.

I don't care what you all think of me but I can assure you that if I sell something then I will et it to you when I say I will.

I can't be bothered to be drawn into an argument, this site is for people to share their experiences and leave feedback, which I have done. People do have reasons why things don't happen on time, that's why good communication keeps the other party up to date. I haven't said that you will rip people off, and just expressed my experience to let other members know, it's up to them if they buy off you.
Ps, afaik your mate (who is a member), who was more more than helpful when I couldn't get in touch with you, is still waiting on an item from you.
As mentioned, communication is a must, and usually if you are in the wrong apologies are better than having a dig at the person.
