    Body panel gaps

What is the accepted gap between the wing and bonnet? I have trial fitted my Renault wings today and they seem miles from the bonnet along the top joining line

There is also quite a gap between the edge of each headlight and the wing itself.

Am I doing something wrong in fitting these? How can I move each wing inwards and close this gap down? Any ideas?

I'll get some pics on later today but I am starting to get a bit peeved with the 5!!!

Cheers mate very helpful. I'll have a good look at that in a bit.

It was the pictures of your car in your restoration thread that made me realise how far out my wings actually were lol.

They are genuine mate. I made sure I got hold of two with the Renault stamp on them. Had a bit of a play with one side today and I am lots happier with it.

See how the other side goes tomorrow.
