    help with piper 285 cam

i installed im piper 285 in my 5 this morning and its back firing through the carb and wont start.

am i right in thinking that at 112 deg after tdc on cylinder1 inlet (from the flywheel) my cam should be at full lift as i feel i have cocked up somewhere
