My manual boost controller has 3 tubes coming off the back of it...
The first goes to the acurator, the second to the top of the carb elbow and the third goes into no where!?!?
Is this correct? is the third tube suppose to be connected up?

Yes that's correct. The 3rd tube blows out to atmosphere (which should be the bottom tube).

Sounds find the 3rd port should be to atmosphere
