Right well, finally got my ticket. I hope there are witnesses so when my ticket is drawn and I win my baby back its not dismissed as a conspiracy and thrown back in!
Ill be waiting for my call to come pick it up...
Just read this link from start to finish, im in and proper excited now!
151 tickets sold
Good on you all for supporting this
That's enough now though ay ...I'll be filling in slips all weekend at this rate
So now that the magic number has been reached when will the actual draw take place?? Or have I missed it somewhere
Well gone all out two more tickets purchased.
Thats brilliant!! Big Big thanks to everyone who has supported this as Clee says.
As for the draw, we will be sorting this out over the coming weekend so keep your eyes peeled. As you can imagine with so much change we are trying to keep up and keep as up to date with the members as possible. As soon as we know the club will know

You farkin' jokers, leaving it until the last minute to buy tickets and all rushing at the end.
So (assuming Clee has had chance to close the book now), how many tickets were sold in the end then? I'm really glad club costs have been covered.
Well done to the club. Plenty of time to organise for the Oct 22nd to be a top day all round.
I believe we sold 155 tickets... Thats a profit off around £600 (less any costs), which will go back into the club funds of things like nd, pod etc.... So a good result alround.... And some lucky winner out there somewhere...
I was just about to come on and thank everyone
We sold 158 tickets! Superb effort in the end by everyone! The club has made £660 on the car which has gone a tiny bit towards covering the losses of ND & FoP. A great result!
We have a couple of committee members away at the moment, Dawn on holiday and Big Steve on his honeymoon so once they are back we will inform everyone of the draw date/plans etc. if that sounds ok..?!
We appreciate the members patience during the last couple of weeks regarding the raffle and hope we've learnt from it all just incase we decided to do another one
Thanks again to everyone who bought a ticket and good luck...
Part of me wants my drive back but part of me will miss the old girl .....
Any news on the draw yet ??
Got my lucky tickets in the post yesterday
any news?
Marc, I think Lomo will be posting up an update later on
RTOC Raffle Update
After some careful consideration and numerous chats it's been decided that the draw for the Phase 1 GT Turbo will take place on October 22nd at Bluntys Rolling Road Day at WGT Auto Developments in Middlewich, Cheshire. Details of the even can be found HERE
The event is being covered by PFC magazine so should be good for the club!
There will be a few of the committee members present namely Big Steve, Sparkie and Myself to make sure this goes as well as possible and as fairly as possible.
The car will be present and if you have bought a ticket and happen to be there and YOUR name is pulled out its up to YOU to arrange for the car to be taken away.
If you aren't able to make it to the Rolling Road Day, either myself or Big Steve will take the car home (depending on who lives closer to the winner) and its up to YOU - THE WINNER to arrange for it to be picked up.
We hope this is as fair to everyone as possible and look forward to seeing you all on October 22nd!
GOOD LUCK!!!!
The Committee
are there still any tickets left? :-)
all gone mate
meh, never mind! lol!
if i come on the day, and hopefully win, will i be forced to take it there and then, or can i sort something at a later date? i was planning to come on my own thats all.
I was just checking, I'm not expecting people to follow me home, I'd probly arrange to come and get it from wherever another day. I'll just keeP my fingers crossed for now
And so the big day approaches!
Would be nice to see as many members as possible turn out to this just incase the lucky person who wins it and is there! With the magazine in situ it should be a great way of giving the car away!
It's going to be great!
Really looking forward to this!!!!!!!. There is going to be one lucky person out there .
I'll be picking up from Steve next week then
Car is cleaned and ready to go and the tumbler is in the boot ready for the raffle tickets!
Good Luck everyone
