We'll have to get you to the next one instead Mart!
OK chaps, less than three weeks to go and we are down to the last dozen or so spaces. If you want to come along please get it booked soon, when it’s full - IT’S FULL!
quick question steve, i havent got my photo driving card, but paper counter part.... will my passport be ok to sign on with?
You may need to phone DVLA for them to confirm that everything is OK but that can be done on the day.
You can get a replacement... they say around 3 weeks but normally within a week....

Can even do it online.
MSV circuits are stricter than Mallory or Anglesey..........
Im going to pop down for the day, no track action though as car needs a little bit of work.
This event is now fully booked so many thanks to all those that are coming along, we’re looking forward to a great day!
If you’d still like to come we are running a reserves list HERE, it’s free to register on our forum so please sign up and if there are any cancelations we will get you in.

Bit late... Im trying to log on to that site to put my name down for reserve.. Really wanted to test a porsche out with my work HARTECH... please PM me if anything comes up asap.
grrr!!!!!! i was trying to book the other night and the site was down!!! propper pi$$ed off now
Rob, no probs with the reserves, get your name on the list as soon as your account is authorised, we need to do it on that thread just so we have a proper fair order.
Sorry you missed out Minty, I wasn't aware that we'd had a problem with the shop and obviously we've had a good number of bookings since sunday when I posted the reminder so you must have landed a glitch there. If you do want to get on the reserves list please post up on our site.
Steve H
Ive had to book 11th if anyones around.. oh well was hoping i could join a few of you guys. I guess getting paid and having a free day with rtoc peeps would have been a winner, blah...
Cheers Ste, just got the account active... maybe next time with you guys...
Yes it is, few places left.
Im doing both days, its on the 17th...
Id book soon though, might book up full too!
Are we supposed to get any info or anything in the post regarding this event ???
Email info going out this weekend
ok, cheers Steve
Would i be cool to pop down to this event if i wanted just for pure spectating and photograph moments ?, is there places i could get a decent view etc.?
also is there any cost to this ?
No cost for spectators and plenty of places to watch from
Just thought I'd let you all know I'm really looking forward to this. It's my first track day and I'm a little anxious shall we say! I've been on track days before but always as a passenger, so I kind of have an idea of how it all works etc.
I've been at the garage today just checking over the car/making sure all the levels are topped up and gave it a quick run. I've also gatherd together a selection of tools and spares etc. Can anyone give anymore suggestions/pointers for the day?
Alex
Get one of our instructors in with you - makes all the difference
and take your time round Druids if it's wet! or else.........
Steve H
Ill be coming down with Brigsy i think to have a look.
Only spectating mind, so whoever else isnt on track no doubt i'll bump into you for a natter =]
New poster! (less than 10 posts)

Im driving up Friday morning to spectate...I'm removing my side exit so I have some sanity left on the drive never mind on the way home
cant wait for friday!! gonna be nervous tho but not as bad as i was at national day at mallory lol
weather looks lovely
Yea weather does look a bit ****y...
okey dokey....I'm still going to watch, but plans changed so will not be taking the 9....
but I will still be taking my helmet and a bag of "please can I have a ride in your car???"...
see you tomorrow...guess i'll be there 11 ish..
I didn't go...did not fancy the drive in this weather
Good day, apart from it raining late on....nice and damp out on track too lol!
Hope the guy with the R5 Cup Car (Cant remember your name) got your car sorted, hope the multimeter helped!
An excellent day out. Glad my car (and me!) held out o.k. and the rain stayed off until about 15:30ish. Oulton is a great track to drive but it was pretty greasy out there, especially around Druids corner! It was nice to put a few RTOC names to faces also. I'll upload my pictures when I get a chance.
A big thanks to those involved with organising the day.
Great day out. Absoloutly loved oulton as a track, brilliant !. Really well organised day with good track standards and driving. Thye free tuition was awesome, learned alot for next time.
The old cup car went well for the first part of the day and then encountered afew more teething problems in the afternoon. Still managed 90 or so miles on track
As people have said the track was very damp and slippery in places, saw afew people ending up on the grass!
Really noce to see afew familier faces and also some new. Big thanks to Alex for taking my mate John out on track after the cup car packed up , Also thanks to the other RTOC`ers for the constant bump starts afer my starter motor gave in
kris
